Cal Maritime Athletics Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Cal Maritime invites you to participate in the nomination process for the Athletics Hall of Fame by submitting information for individuals, or teams, you feel are worthy of the department’s highest tribute. Please use this form to nominate former Cal Maritime athletes, coaches, teams or friends of the Athletics Department for consideration by members of the Athletics Hall of Fame selection committee.

Nominations for teams, coaches and former cadet-athletes become eligible for consideration by the Hall of Fame committee after five years pass from that individual(s)' or group's, final competition. Friends of the department are eligible for committee consideration once nominations are submitted.

The Department of Athletics and Physical Education encourages everyone to submit nominations anytime, even if the individuals and/or teams have not cleared the five-year grace period. Once that stipulation is met, submissions are eligible for consideration.

Members of the selection committee ask that you provide as many details as possible throughout the nomination form, but leave sections blank if you are unsure about the accuracy of information you would like to submit.
