Men's Crew Ends Fall Season

November 16, 2014 – The Cal Maritime men's crew team competed in its final regatta of the fall season, the 5,000-meter Bair Island Fall Regatta in San Mateo. The serpentine course was a good challenge for coxswains and rowers alike, with several sharp turns and three bridges along the course. Competing in the men's collegiate novice four, men's collegiate novice eight, men's collegiate four, and men's collegiate lightweight four, the Keelhaulers put together a strong showing in their last regatta. In essentially a dual regatta with Cal Berkeley Lightweight crew, the novice eight had the best showing, finishing first in a time of 19:08.30.
