Sports are very important in my life because it's always a way to relax myself. If I am ever feeling too stressed out about something, getting exercise is always a way to calm down and feel better. Also, it's the most fun way to stay in shape.

The most memorable sports achievement in my life was the first Olympic-distance triathlon I completed. None of the aspects of the triathlon are too hard to complete on their own, but when all are put together it's a completely different story. After swimming a mile and biking 28 miles, the 10k run was no easy jog. I felt like stopping every second but I would be letting myself down. I finished the triathlon with extremely sore legs and a new sense of accomplishment. Finishing this triathlon made me into a person that doesn't give up, no matter how hard it seems.
