Why are sports so important in your life?

Sports allow me to push my body beyond its limits and force myself through mental barriers. Being a contributing member to a competitive team demands personal accountability and responsibility. Plus, I like to win.

What is the most memorable sports achievement in your life and has it changed you as a person and athlete?.

I have accomplished a great deal as an athlete, but I wouldn't say that I've had that one stellar moment or one worthy achievement worth boasting about. Not yet.
