Cal Maritime named Men's Small College West Region host

VALLEJO, Calif. - When National Collegiate Rugby announced its postseason regional locations, Cal Maritime was one of a handful of institutions that received this coveted opportunity to organize postseason games.

In addition to the Keelhaulers, Cal Poly Humboldt and another pair of teams league officials will unveil at a later date, will travel to Vallejo to compete for the Men's Small College West Region championship and an automatic berth at the national championship tournament, slated for early December in Houston.

On Saturday, November 18, opening round matchups will take place at Bodnar Field at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The winners will face one another the following day, as will the teams that lost on Saturday, in games slated for 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.
