Program-record four Keelhaulers earn All-Cal Pac honors

VALLEJO, Calif. – Cal Maritime's men's soccer program set a new all-time single-season program record on Sunday when California Pacific Conference officials, announced their all-conference selections for the 2025 season. When unveiled, senior forward Jose Diaz was part of the First Team, senior defender Noah Anderson and freshman midfielder Davis Ott were named to the Second Team, and junior goalkeeper Fabian Garcia earned Honorable Mention.

This tea's selections match the number of All-Cal Pac recipients from the last three seasons combined.

This is Diaz' third All-Cal Pac selection in as many years, the second for Anderson and first for Ott and Garcia.

After earning Honorable Mention for the last two seasons, Diaz is Cal Maritime's first selection to the First Team in 15 years when Will Akers earned recognition for his stellar performance all season long as the Keelhaulers' goalkeeper. Diaz and Akers are the only names on an exclusive list of the program's three-time All-Cal Pac award winners.

Diaz ended the season ranked fifth in shots (38), sixth in assists (3), seventh in points (11) and eighth in goals (4) among all Cal Pac players.

Anderson, known around the league as one of its toughest defenders, notched his first career goal this season when the Keelhaulers hosted Bethesda.

Ott was one of three freshmen named to either the First or Second Team — an indication of his two-way versatility and ability to impact the game, even though he is a Cal Pac newcomer. Named a starter in every game played in 2025, Ott recorded his first goal as a Keelhauler in his second collegiate game when Cal Maritime hosted Lincoln (CA) and again when his team faced league rival Pacific Union,

Combined with an assist earned at Westcliff, Ott finished his first year of collegiate soccer with five points and 18 shots with 11 of those attempts on goal.

As the Keelhaulers' mainstay in goal, Garcia started 12 games and finished with a career-high 65 saves.
