Cross Country finishes strong at Pacific Union Invitational

Cal Maritime's Men's and Women's Cross Country teams traveled to Angwin, Ca. Oct 5^th to compete in the Pacific Union College Invitational. Runners from Simpson University, Menlo College, Pacific Union, and Cal Maritime enjoyed perfect running conditions on a challenging and scenic course near the Angwin Airport.

Half of the top ten runners to finish the race were from Cal Maritime. Brent Moore finished first for Cal Maritime and 5^th overall with Alex Maldonado coming in 10 seconds later. Jake Van Riper, Daniel Murphy and Paul Beck finished out the top ten.

The Keelhaulers finished 2^nd in the race. Next up for the Keelhaulers is the Cal Pac Preview hosted by William Jessup University on Oct. 19^th.
