Keelhaulers Race at Vanguard Invitational

Orange, Ca. – The Keelhaulers took part in the Vanguard Invitation on Saturday, Oct 8th in Orange, Ca. The race was held at the Irvine Regional Park in ideal racing conditions. The fast course had 2 challenging hills to traverse. The Keelhaulers finished 6th out of 9 competitive teams. Charlie Wiswall navigated the course first for the Keelhaulers. The Keelhaulers ran a smart race, running together, and finishing strong. Mathieu Zamora set a personal best in his second race of his Cal Maritime career.

The Keelhaulers will next race at the Santa Clara Open, held at Baylands Regional Park in Sunnyvale, Ca. on Oct 15th. The men will take to the start line at 10:30 am.
