Bio

Sailing is important to me because it is enjoyable to do and interesting. I not only enjoy the thrill of sailing fast and roll tacking, but also the physics and tactics behind the sport. Sailing helps me to relieve stress, and gives me something interesting to think about off the water.

My most memorable sailing achievement has to be sailing a 420 in 25 knots of wind. It is not my greatest achievement, but definitely the most memorable. It made me an athlete that wants more wind.
