Keelhaulers at 2011 Rose Bowl Regatta
Cal Maritime Keelhaulers sailed in the Rose Bowl regatta Jan 8-9 in Long Beach, CA, the site of this year's College Sailing National Semi-final regatta. The event brought all of the big East coast schools out this year in a 30 boat fleet. In A division juniors Sean Kelly & Jessica Schember had a couple of top five finishes in the eight race series to finish 11th overall and 3rd in the conference. Freshman Scott Doyle with sophomore Sara Himes were 6th in the conference and 21st overall in the B fleet.
