Sports are so important in life to me because they keep you in shape, focused, and help create a friendship with different types of people. It keeps you focused because you have to be on time and to play, you have to maintain good grades so your always busy and have no time to slack off. Also besides playing sports it has taught me how to work hard and to play with others.
The most memorable sports achievement in my life is when i was ten years old on my traveling basketball team and we made it to the finals in Florida. It did not change me as a person but it did make me realize that I love the sport of basketball and I have been playing it ever since.
