Taylor selected Second Team All-Conference

Kameron Taylor's Second Team All-Cal Pac Conference selection is the team's first all-conference selection since Amber Herrly's Second-Team All-Conference selection in the 2016-2017 season.

The Bakersfield native averaged a team high 11.6 points per game ranking 14th in the conference in her 24 games played. She also ranked 8th in the conference in three's made per game with 1.83. The junior had 39 steals on the year, a team high and 13th in Cal Pac.

She was one of the go-to options for the Lady Keelhaulers and Head Coach Dennis Cox, able to contribute on both offense and defense when needed to.

The playmaker of the team was also awarded conference player of the week, the first since the 2015-2016 season for Women's Basketball, where she had a total of 56 points in three games shooting 42% including a 19 point performance against Simpson on Jan. 4 shooting 6-13, 4-5 from three and two steals in Cal Maritime's comeback win in Redding.

Taylor comes back for her senior season part of a younger group as she will be one of the few upperclassmen along with Elizabeth Martinez on the team with the younger stars in Alicia Porter and Jessena Pardo.
