Keelhaulers open 2022 season at Cal Poly Humboldt

HUMBOLDT, Calif. – Cal Maritime men's and women's crew wrapped-up their season opener this weekend when both teams headed to Cal Poly Humboldt for the Humboldt Regatta.

In this event, the Keelhaulers won the Men's 2x with a time of 8:33.57, 23 seconds faster than the time posted by the host school, which finished second in that race.

The Women's Varsity 4+ saw Cal Maritime finish fifth by crossing the line at 9:54.09.

Both teams will return to action on April 9 at the Davis Invitational, hosted by UC Davis at the Port of Sacramento in Sacramento, Calif.
