Women's Soccer sets Spring ID Clinic for April 22 and 23

 VALLEJO, Calif. – Women's Soccer will conduct an ID camp and scrimmage at Bodnar Field, on April 22 and 23, as part of Cal Maritime Day — the university's annual open house that takes place during the spring semester.

In addition to touring campus and learning about Cal Maritime's world-class academic programs, high school student-athletes and junior college transfers can take advantage of an opportunity to showcase their soccer skills for Head Coach Emily Scheese as she continues to build the new program by identifying recruits for future classes.

Friday's schedule includes an evening training session at Bodnar Field from 4:30-6:30 p.m. and a ID session slated for 5 p.m.

A scrimmage with current members of the women's soccer program will take place on Saturday at 6 p.m.

Prospective cadet-athletes can schedule a campus tour on Friday, before the start of that night's on-field activities, by clicking here, or join one taking place throughout Saturday morning/afternoon for all majors.

Following Saturday's scrimmage, Coach Scheese will conduct a question-and-answer session with players and parents/guardians and conduct a tour of Cal Maritime's athletic facilities from 7:45-8:30 p.m.

 Friday April 22


Saturday April 23 — Cal Maritime Day: 8 a.m.-3 p.m.

  • Register for Cal Maritime Day activities, on CSUM's admissions website, by clicking here.

Saturday April 23 — Field Session/Scrimmage: 5-8:30 p.m.

  • Check-in at Bodnar Field: 4:45 p.m. [Bring all paperwork and payment if you did not send in advance]
  • Training Session: 5 p.m. followed by a 6 p.m. scrimmage
  • Player/Parent Q&A & Tour of PEAC: 7:45-8:30 p.m.
