Carter, Kelly and Medina earn All-Cal Pac Honorable Mention

VALLEJO, Calif. – Junior midfielder Hayden Carter, sophomore forward Ciara Kelly and sophomore midfielder Kaitlyn Medina earned All-California Pacific Conference Honorable Mention when league officials unveiled their end-of-season honor roll on Sunday.

This is the second time Kelly and Medina earned all-conference accolades and the first received by Carter.

All three competed in every game this past season for the Keelhaulers and played instrumental roles both on and off the field. On a roster that featured nine newcomers, their leadership skills and experience helped head coach Mike Bielski strengthen that group's skill set and helped each teammate navigate the challenging transition from high school or junior college soccer to the collegiate level.

On the field, the trio was responsible for 68 percent of the team's shots, 80 percent of its shots on goal and all of the team's goals scored.
