VALLEJO, Calif. – Cal Maritime unveiled its 2025 women's water polo schedule on Tuesday, a slate of events that includes two of three tournaments at home.

When head coach Matt De Trane released his team's schedule, players quickly circled the weekend of January 25 and 26 since this marks the first set of matches for the year when Sierra Pacific Division teams visit PEAC Pool for Collegiate Water Polo Association Tournament #1.

After experiencing a quick start to its season — CSUM student-athletes returned to campus on January 6 for the first week of classes and official in-season workouts of the season — the team's next tournament will not take place until February 22-23 when the Keelhaulers head to UC Davis for CWPA Tournament #2.

Individual matchups for CSUM's first two tournaments were not set by the CWPA; the team's 2025 schedule page on GoKeelhaulers.com will share matchups for each weekend one received by Coach De Trane.

The weeks between Tournament #1 and #2 will provide the team with numerous opportunities to create chemistry, master schemes and gel as a team before the Sierra Pacific Division's postseason tournament commences. This weekend-long tournament, hosted by Cal Maritime, is set for March 22 and 23.

Results from the regular season will determine individual matchups for the league's playoffs. Visit GoKeelhaulers.com during the week leading up to this postseason event for all the information you need to know regarding the Sierra Pacific Division Championship.

The winner of that tournament will earn an automatic berth for the CWPA's national tournament, taking place April 11-13 at a location Association officials have not determined at the time of this release.
