Arrival times and entrances for competitors and spectators will be designated and separated to provide physical distancing.

SPECTATORS MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES INSIDE PEAC

  • Unvaccinated individuals are required to always wear a mask while on campus.
  • Everyone MUST wear face coverings inside all campus buildings unless they are alone.

  • All employees, cadets, and visitors MUST wear a mask in all campus buildings, unless they are alone.

Fans and visitors can park in Lot O on game day (first parking lot on your right when you enter main campus), please note that a daily parking permit is required and available for purchase on site through a yellow permit machine located at the lot's entrance.

PEAC Main Gym Entrance
There are two entrances to PEAC Main Gym that basketball fans can use on the facility's second floor. Two sets of double doors are located across the hall from restrooms that are available for public use.

VALLEJO, Calif. – In its last game, men's basketball stormed back in the second half against Antelope Valley by quickly chipping away at its 16-point deficit, and led the Pioneers by 12 in the final minute before recording an attention-grabbing victory versus their Cal Pac foe in a designated non-conference game.

These teams will end the season on February 21 in Antelope Valley.

Once week after this outstanding performance, Cal Maritime will return to PEAC Main Gym for the third of four straight home games with a 2 p.m. battle versus the Bushnell Beacons.

This is the opening game of a home doubleheader that will continue with a women's basketball matchup between the Keelhaulers and Southern Oregon.

As is the case for all home contests throughout the 2021-22 season, admission is free.

By leading his team's second-half charge, Amil Fields captured the Cal Pac's inaugural Player of the Week award this season by draining four shots from three, and sinking 10 of 12 free throws to lead all players with 22 points.

Armed with momentum from that matchup against the Pioneers, a team that won three Cal Pac championships in the last five years, the Keelhaulers will look to continue its stellar play against a Bushnell squad that will compete in its second game against a Cal Pac opponent in as many days.

Before ending their Northern California road trip at Cal Maritime, the Beacons will face UC Merced Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.

These teams last faced one another on November 15, 2019, when the Keelhaulers headed to Eugene for the third all-time matchup. That evening ended the same way as the first two head-to-head contests: another Cal Maritime victory.

Sunday's game is the second taking place in Vallejo since Cal Maritime beat Bushnell on its home floor in 2008 (November 8). The other victory was earned in a neutral-site game at William Jessup on November 11, 2011.

Once this game concludes, Cal Maritime will enjoy a day off before returning to action in its final home event of 2021 when Holy Names visits PEAC Main Gym.

For both teams, this exhibition game is the penultimate opportunity to incorporate various before competing in respective league contests.

Cal Maritime will visit UC Santa Cruz for its final non-conference game of the season on January 4 before heading to Simpson for its Cal Pac opener on the 8th; the Hawks will square off against Stanislaus State before heading to Hawai'i Pacific for a Pac West Conference clash.

Holy Names enters the week with a 2-6 record and suffered losses in three of its last four played. An 84-57 home result vs. UC Merced is the lone highlight within that block of action.

As is the case with Cal Maritime, the Hawks will also compete in a pair of games within a three-day timespan; they will host Chaminade while the Keelhaulers are battling Bushnell.
