Perrot sets new career high in first of two games at Alaska Anchorage

ANCHORAGE, Alaska – Everett Perrot led all players in Friday's non-conference game at Alaska Airlines Center in Anchorage, Alaska, by shooting 8 of 12 overall, including 2 of 3 from three, to finish with a career-high 21 points and collected eight rebounds, another game high, in the first of two games played within as many days at Alaska Anchorage.

Friday's contest also marked Perrot's inaugural 20-point game as a Keelhauler.

The Seawolves scored first in this matchup and held the lead for the rest of the afternoon in a game they won by an 86-69 score.

With Friday's result, the Keelhaulers fall to 0-2 while UAA opens its season at 1-0. These teams will meet once against on Saturday, at 4 p.m. Pacific Time before CSUM heads home to prep for Wednesday's home opener against Jessup.

As a team, Cal Maritime shot a solid 46 percent overall but saw Anchorage Alaska hit 51.7 pct. of their shots from the floor to win its season opener.

The Keelhaulers scored 28 of their points in the paint and another 12 off Seawolf turnovers.
