VALLEJO, Calif. – Jamal Frenchwood finished with a team-high 18 points and Illyaas Rafiq added another 10 in Thursday's non-conference game vs. Nelson University-Arizona at PEAC Main Gym, one that saw the Keelhaulers lead by one at halftime.
