Monday's home opener vs. UC Merced postponed; Keelhaulers still heading to Simpson on Saturday

UPDATE AS OF SATURDAY, JANUARY 8 (11:15 A.M.): Saturday's Cal Pac opener at Simpson is postponed. Once set by participating teams, GoKeelhaulers.com will provide updated information regarding the Keelhaulers' road matchup in Redding. 

VALLEJO, Calif. - Women's Basketball's January 10 Cal Pac home opener vs. UC Merced was postponed due to COVID-19 concerns. GoKeelhaulers.com will provide information regarding rescheduled times and dates once set by participating teams. 

The team's January 8 conference opener, at Simpson, will still take place as scheduled; Saturday's tipoff in Redding is set for 5:30 p.m.

The Keelhaulers are now slated to compete in their inaugural set Cal Pac home games starting January 15 when Benedictine Mesa visits Vallejo for a 5:30 p.m. contest. A weekend full of basketball will continue for Cal Maritime with another pair of league matchups, in as many days, versus Park University Gilbert (Jan. 16) and Embry-Riddle (Jan. 17).
