Three score double figures in road trip’s finale at Antelope Valley

LANCASTER, Calif. – Led by Alicia Porter who posted a team-high double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds, three Keelhaulers scored double figures in Saturday's Cal Pac game at the Pioneer Event Center in Lancaster, California.

Joining Porter on that scoring list were Dylan Fulton, who finished with 14 points and nine rebounds, and Anika Carey, who hit 2 of 4 field goals from three to end her team's season-long six-game road swing with 10 points, in addition to seven rebounds.

Combined, that trio earned 40 of Cal Maritime's 54 points and 27 of 35 rebounds against an Antelope Valley team that will remain in first place, entering the upcoming week, following its 109-54 victory versus the Keelhaulers.

The upcoming week will also include CSUM's first home game after playing the last six straight on the road; that matchup, slated for Thursday night inside PEAC Main Gym against Simpson, will tip at 5:30 p.m. Women's basketball will enter that league matchup with a 1-13 overall and 1-9 conference record.

The Pioneers will continue their season with records of 12-6 and 9-1.
