VALLEJO, Calif. – Cal Maritime will return to Arizona for the second time in three weeks when he men's and women's golf teams head to Prescott, Arizona, to compete in the Embry-Riddle Spring Co-Ed Invitational. This three-day event will take place at the Antelope Hills Golf Course — South Course, from Sunday, March 6 through Tuesday, March 8.
This tournament will serve as the final tune-up, for both teams, before every Cal Pac team heads to Redding to compete in the league's Men's and Women's Golf Championship, hosted by Simpson.
Cal Maritime will enter a familiar environment when it returns to Prescott since the men's squad competed on Antelope Hills' North Course last October as part of the Embry-Riddle Co-Ed Invitational's field. Following the first round, the Keelhaulers placed fourth; it remained in that position through 36 holes and when the tournament ended.
Since the women's team did not compete in that tournament, this weekend's visit to Prescott will mark its inaugural visit to Antelope Hills of the season.
