VALLEJO, Calif. - The Cal Maritime women's soccer team drew 0-0 with Sierra Nevada in California Pacific Conference (Cal Pac) North Division play on Sunday at Bodnar Field. The tie marks the Keelhaulers' first Cal Pac point of 2021.
The teams battled in pouring rain and swirling winds for 70 minutes before the match was suspended by the game official due to field conditions.
Cal Maritime (0-7-1, 0-3-1 Cal Pac) goalkeeper Maddy Dack made six saves, including two point-blank stops against SNU (2-6-4, 2-4-4 Cal Pac) forward Elena Fischer in the second half to keep SNU off the board.
Lilli Gregg and Margaret Malmquist-West each registered shots for the Keelhaulers.
