MESA, Ariz. – Led by Jose Diaz and Matias Vidal-MacKay with two apiece, five different Keelhaulers recorded a shot in Sunday's Cal Pac Conference game at Bell Bank Park against Park Gilbert. Of that group of five, all but one recorded a shot on goal against the Buccaneers.
In Cal Maritime's second of two games against Arizona-based league teams, Park Gilbert recorded a 12-0 result to improve its overall and league records to 5-2-1 and 2-0, respectively. The Keelhaulers will return home at 0-4-1 and 0-2.
Cal Maritime will now face a near-week-long break since its next game will not take place until next Sunday (Sept. 25) at Pacific Union. Kickoff for this rivalry game is set for noon in Angwin.
